Mystery Shoppers
Our professional mystery shopping team is comprised of individuals with varied backgrounds from around the country. Since the HPC strategy is about driving new customers to the bank, mystery shoppers experience how “strangers” are welcomed as new customers. Does the bank impose roadblocks for prospects with out-of-state driver’s licenses? Do employees recognize the opportunity to cross-sell products and create a total banking relationship? Our shoppers are skilled observers and writers who have been trained to focus on the important details of HPC and the customer experience.
